Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Description of Services

MusicalTest provides a technological solution for statistical analysis and performance indicator testing for digital audio streaming applications. Services include consulting on audio asset monetization, royalty auditing, and educational courses on digital content economics.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. User Rights

• Access to statistical analysis tools according to the chosen plan.
• Receiving reports and consultancy based on the provided data.
• Participation in purchased educational courses.

2.2. User Obligations

• Providing accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
• Timely payment for contracted services, according to the issued invoice.
• Using the services for legal purposes, without attempting to undermine the platform's security.

2.3. Rights and Obligations of MusicalTest

• Providing services as described in the offer.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of client data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• The right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". MusicalTest assumes no liability for:

• Loss of profit or business resulting from the use of the services.
• Consequences of business decisions made based on the analyses or consultancy provided.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

All prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments for one-time services or subscriptions are due according to the invoice terms. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted only in exceptional situations, in accordance with internal policy. There are no refunds for digital courses that have been accessed or downloaded.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. MusicalTest reserves the right to immediately suspend a user's access in case of a flagrant violation of these terms, with no right to a refund.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an announcement on the platform. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
